Feb 23 - Mar 29 from 6:00 to 8:30 pm

Excel 2010 for Business-- classes at Greenfield Community downtown campus, 270 Main Street, Greenfield, MA. Navigate and format the basic spreadsheet. Create workbooks that integrate data from multiple spreadsheets and other Excel documents and integrate the information into Word documents. Use functions, create macros for repetitive operations, set-up worksheets, and display data as charts. Explore Excel as a database  and use it to integrate information  exported from the internet or other software programs.

Feb 24 - Mar 16 from 6:00 to 8:30 pm Computer Basics 1 - classes at Greenfield Community downtown campus, 270 Main Street, Greenfield, MA. Learn at a slower page. Become familiar with using a keyboard and mouse. Learn basic terminology and Office applications. You will have lots of time to practice cutting and pasting, creating and deleting files and folders, keyboard manuevers, and much more.
Feb 25 - Apr 14 from 6:00 to 8:30 pm Creating your Own Business in QuickBooks -- classes at Greenfield Community College downtown campus, 270 Main Street, Greenfield, MA If your company wants to use QuickBooks or needs to fine tune your records, this course is for you! All of the basics for creating your company will be covered in this class, including an evening with an area accountant to explain your chart of accounts and help you understand whether to incorporate or not. for payroll or is considering switching, this is the course for you. Mar 23 - Apr 13 from 6:00 to 8:30 pm Computer Basics 2 - classes at Greenfield Community downtown campus, 270 Main Street, Greenfield, MA. Learning computer skills well takes a great deal of repetition. Students with basic skills and those from Computer Basics Level 1 will continue at a slow pace and have time to ask questions and learn the basics better. We will review Word, Excel, PowerPoint basics, email attachments, the internet and much more.
Apr 5 - May 10 from 6:00 to 8:30 pm Microsoft Office -- classes at Greenfield Community downtown campus, 270 Main Street, Greenfield, MA. Create documents, format them, and add graphics within Word. Create spreadsheets, combine them into workbooks in Excel, and learn to merge data into Word documents. Develop slide shows within PowerPoint complete with sound and animation. Use Outlook to manage your email, create calendars and to-do lists, and invite others to meetings.
